Varietal composition: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah

Vinification / Aging: It is produced using the classic method of red wine making. Partial fermentation of each variety is performed separately in stainless steel tanks under low temperature for at least one week. Starting with Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot and ending with Syrah. When it is at the right time, all varieties are reconciled for about 15 days. Maturing for 6 months in new French oak barrels and then for 12 months in a reducing environment in the bottle.
 
Tasting features: Shiny, deep ruby ​​color with violet shades. Intense and complex bouquet, earthy, with notes of red fruits, dried plum and pepper. Taste generous, velvety, round, balanced, rich, with vanilla notes. The aftertaste is characterized by delicious balance and mature tannins, long-lasting aromas dominated by spices, dried forest fruits and tobacco.

Served at 16 ° -18 ° C
